HOW DO I EARN REWARD POINTS?
One point will be given for every $1 spent. (Excluding gift cards sales).
HOW MANY POINTS DO I NEED TO RECEIVE A REWARD?
Once you accrue 100 points (spend $100) you will automatically receive $10 in rewards on your rewards account to spend on your next visit. When you want to redeem your reward let your server know and they will apply it toward your bill.
I RECEIVED AN EMAIL SAYING THAT I HAVE A REWARD, BUT THE STORE SAYS I DO NOT HAVE A REWARD.
Points and credit are applied to the phone number or card number linked to the email address that you received the email from. Your email address could be associated with a different account number.
I HAVE RECEIPTS FOR MY TRANSACTIONS. CAN I SEND YOU THE RECEIPTS AND YOU CAN ADD THE POINTS?
You must present your card or account number to the server at the time of the transaction in order to have points added to your account. In the event you miss points, return with your receipt for us to add any missed points.
CAN I EARN POINTS ON DELIVERY AND TAKE OUT?
Yes.
CAN I EARN POINTS FOR GROUP EVENTS?
Sure! Points may be earned for private parties by the member paying the bill with a maximum of 1000 points (spend $1,000) earned per event. To qualify for points on the event, you must be a registered rewards card member prior to booking the party. Those points will then be valid on your next visit.
WHAT IF I TAKE ANOTHER REWARDS CARD MEMBER TO DINNER AND MY GUEST PAYS FOR THE CHECK? CAN WE SPLIT THE POINTS?
Yes, provided that you use 2 different forms of payment.
CAN I GIVE MY CARD TO A FAMILY MEMBER OR FRIEND TO REDEEM POINTS WHEN IM NOT THERE?
No, it must be the rewards card member.
DO I NEED TO LET THE SERVER KNOW THAT I WISH TO REDEEM MY REWARD IN ORDER TO USE MY CREDIT?
Yes. If you do not see your reward being applied to your bill, please let the server know if you wish to redeem your reward.
WHAT HAPPENED TO THE POINTS THAT I HAD ON MY ACCOUNT? WHERE DID THEY GO?
When the $10 credit is added, 100 points are deducted from your account. (in exchange for this credit). Note: This credit can only be used at this merchant. This credit has no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash. This credit will be applied towards your purchase as a discount and you will be responsible to pay any remaining balance. Your credit will decline by the amount redeemed towards your purchase. This credit has no expiration date, unless otherwise stated on the offer, and by law. Local laws vary.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY POINTS TO SHOW UP ON MY CARD?
Your reward points are live in real time, but it will take 24 hours before your points convert to usable reward dollars. Your reward dollars will be valid on your next visit.
CAN I USE A REWARD THE SAME DAY I EARN IT?
It will take 24 hours for your points to become usable. So you would only be able to use your points on your next visit.
ARE REWARDS TRANSFERABLE?
Rewards are not transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. They are also not valid in conjunction with any other offers, discounts or promotions.
DO I EARN REWARDS ON TAX AND TIP?
No, points are accrued on food and beverage purchases sub totals only. Points are given on your actual purchase amount before sales tax.
DO I GET POINTS FOR PURCHASING FOOD/BEVERAGE OR MERCHANDISE WITH A GIFT CARD?
You will get points for purchasing items and paying for them with a gift card. You also will not receive points for the purchase of an actual gift card.
WHY WAS I NOT ABLE TO EARN POINTS ON A PARTICULAR TRANSACTION?
Merchants reserve the right to instruct us to change or modify their program at any time, without notice. Please contact the merchant directly with regards to this matter. The merchant may choose not to allow redemptions or points added to be used with other discounts or offers.
WHY CAN I NOT USE THE CREDIT THAT IS SHOWN ON MY RECEIPT?
Your credit is not valid for use on the same transaction that earned you your credit and is only available upon your next visit. Credit will remain in your account until it is spent and will not expire.

Your card # is the cell phone # that you provided when you registered for our program or the number on the Loyalty club card you received to enroll with.
